The client magazine for a London-based independent wealth management firm that breaks the mould.

Newsletters are generally dull and more often than not, financial newsletters are the worst.

This is a view shared by the client Investment Quorum (IQ), Camp Consulting (editorial content) and myself, so we agreed it was high time to create a newsletter that was both a compelling read and visually engaging (with a good dollop of visual humour thrown in too).

Our endeavours generated a great deal of positive feedback, many from IQ’s long-term clients who only appear out of their hideaway villas every 12 months, just to check that their investment portfolios are on track.

From the outset we agreed that this newsletter should be a traditional piece of printed marketing as opposed to a web or digital-based app. IQ believed their older clients were more likely to prefer something tangible in their hands to read on a commute, or from the comfort of their sofas alongside the Sunday papers.
