For their new member recruitment campaign, it was agreed to turn the notion of the lottery on its head. ‘It could be you’ is the reality that nurses and health care workers may face in the tough economic times ahead.
Commentating on the campaign on social media, one person mocked that “all the nurses on the adshel’s and underground posters looked terribly miserable and sad”. I think they got the message without realising the significance of their own observation.
I call that a job well done.
